• Ensure the garment is unused and in good condition. Only the main product needs to be returned.

• Upon Receipt: We initiate a 100% refund within 24 hours of receiving the return shipment.
• Online Payments: Refunds are credited to your bank account within 5-7 days.
• Cash on Delivery: Provide your bank account details for NEFT or IMPS refunds, processed within 2-5 days.
• Treyond World Cashback: Opt for a refund in the form of cashback for future purchases.
• Condition: Refunds are processed after dispatch, delivery, and successful reverse pickup.

Exchange Policy:

• We dispatch the exchange shipment from our warehouse once we pick up the return.

• Limitation: Only one exchange or refund request per order.

Custom Garments Policy:
