How to Initiate a Return:

Return Process:
- We’ll coordinate a convenient time for our shipping partner to collect the original garment.
- Note: For orders below Rs1000, we request you to self-ship the product. Share the courier receipt at info@treyondworld.com with your order number.
- Ensure the garment is unused and in good condition. Only the main product needs to be returned.
Refund Details:
- Upon Receipt: We initiate a 100% refund within 24 hours of receiving the return shipment.
- Online Payments: Refunds are credited to your bank account within 5-7 days.
- Cash on Delivery: Provide your bank account details for NEFT or IMPS refunds, processed within 2-5 days.
- Treyond World Cashback: Opt for a refund in the form of cashback for future purchases.
- Condition: Refunds are processed after dispatch, delivery, and successful reverse pickup.
Exchange Policy:
- We dispatch the exchange shipment from our warehouse once we pick up the return.
- Custom Size Exchange: Send your best-fit garment along with the Treyond World garment for a custom fit exchange. Delivery takes 10-15 days, and we’ll save your measurements for future orders.
- Limitation: Only one exchange or refund request per order.
Custom Garments Policy:
- Returns/Exchanges: Not available for custom garments, as they’re tailored to your specifications.
- Defects or Damage: We replace items if they’re defective or damaged. Report issues at info@treyondworld.com.
- Alterations: Free alterations within 15 days of receipt.
